WHAT COACHING IS NOT
Coaching is not about your coach giving you suggestions or advice. The coach is not a mentor or a counsellor.
If you commence coaching sessions and it is deemed that coaching is not the correct support mechanism for you at this time, the matter will be discussed with you directly in order to find a suitable solution to support your onward journey.
